London FacilitiesHere at FIE, we pride ourselves on our commitment to achieving and maintaining the highest possible standards in all of our teaching and housing facilities. We have a variety of classrooms and residential spaces available for third-party rental in London. Since we are constantly seeking to improve our performance, some details may change in response to program and service evaluations.

FIE study and housing facilities are located in the attractive Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, one of London’s most desirable areas. Our facilities are located near Hyde Park and Gloucester Road tube stop. Check out more information about Foundation House and our Student Housing

For inquiries or reservations, please select the correct form for Student Residences, Faculty Flats, or Class and Meeting Rooms to the left. Please note Foundation House and all student residences are licensed and insured for persons 16 years of age and above. We regrettably cannot provide classroom or accommodation space in our student residences for anyone younger than 16. This excludes our faculty flats and we welcome family members of our visiting faculty of all ages.

FIE is pleased to announce the accreditation of its London residential facilities under the Accreditation Network of the United Kingdom’s (ANUK) guidelines. As defined by ANUK, accreditation is based on the “voluntary compliance by private landlords with good standards in the condition and management of their properties and their relationship with their tenants.”

As a student housing provider, FIE’s adherence to ANUK’s guidelines means maintaining good building conditions, thorough health and safety procedures, adequate per-person bedroom, kitchen and bathroom space and accurate marketing materials.

To obtain accreditation, FIE completed an extensive self-assessment in which a variety of our procedures and facilities were explained to and evaluated by the ANUK board. The assessment included sections regarding equal opportunity provision, tenancy, rental terms, marketing, health and safety and post-rental procedures. Following the self-assessment, environmental health officers visited the housing facilities to confirm that the information provided in the self-assessment was accurate. Random facilities checks are conducted by ANUK every three years.
