Dr. Rene Hernandez and Kenneth Cramer

Dr Rene’ Hernandez - is a professor at Saginaw valley state university (SVSU). She serves as an instructor for the National Disaster Life Support and is also a civilian medic member of Team Rubicon. She has served on the Bureau of Health Professions PA Task Force for the State of Michigan and serves as a Committee Chair for the Diversity and Minority Affairs Committee for the member of Dow Corporation’s Human Subject Review Board (HSRB).
Dr Ken Cramer is the Lead Pastor of Lighthouse, a congregation he has served for 31 years in Gloucester, VA. He holds a BS. in Bible, an MA. in Christian Ministry, and a D.Min. in Leadership. He holds certifications in both Leadership and Congregational coaching. Ken loves entrepreneurism, leadership/networking, and fly-fishing. He has led volunteer teams in many nations.
Involvement In Global Volunteer and Mission Projects For Future Leaders
The demand for local and global volunteer experiences which promote the well-being of communities continues to grow, forging connections and building relationships around the world. Volunteers not only fill in community need gaps with extra hands with compassion and commitment, but the process of volunteerism helps the volunteer to grow spiritually, and emotionally. It also builds self-confidence and gives the volunteer a sense of purpose in their lives.
