Did your participation in study abroad change the way you think about your teaching?: "I learned how valuable it is for faculty to be present with students as they make sense of their experiential learning and for students to take time to reflect. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to live in London and participate in the everyday life (taking buses and Tube to different neighborhoods, buying groceries, viewing newspapers and TV, visiting markets and parks, etc.) that provides a glimpse into a culture different from that I'm used to. (And going with the Islam class to Istabul with Zehra and Gabi was an unforgettable experience!)"
