Mohamed Elwahabi, graduated with a BA Combined Honours in French and Hispanic Studies from, Queen Mary University London. As part of his university career, Mohamed spent one academic year in Granada, Spain, as an Erasmus student, during which time he gained an in-depth experience of student life abroad.
As the Director of Building Operations, Mohamed’s responsibilities range from negotiating and renewing leases and service contracts to managing housing only clients and managing planned maintenance. His remit includes liaising and overseeing contractors and is heavily involved in the planning of renovation works. Mohamed’s role also holds him responsible in ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to and that the high company standards are maintained in a professional and efficient manner across all of FIE’s residences.
