Top tips:

  • Spending time in parks and outdoor green spacesMost are free to enter and enjoy, and you can bring your own picnic!  
  • Cook in bulk and/or cook with flatmates instead of eating out for your mealsShop in discount stores and in local markets.  
  • Use apps such as Too Good to Go, a worldwide marketplace to rescue food that otherwise might be wasted
  • Attend free museums and galleries and events
