All catered sessions will include vegan-friendly options. Please specify any supplementary dietary requirements in the registration form.

About the conference:
- This in-person event takes place at the Royal Geographical Society in London, UK
- Delegates are responsible for their own travel costs (airfare, visas, etc) and accommodation to / in London for the in-person event.
- Some meals and refreshments are provided during the in-person event over the two-day conference (evening canape reception, lunch, coffee/tea breaks).
- Engaging keynotes and presentations, featuring interactive topics and unique stories
- Attendees will be invited to join the conference Facebook event which will provide pre-conference updates and post-conference networking opportunities.
- Presentations will be available online after the conference.

We cannot offer refunds for cancellations however we will accept a replacement person to attend the conference upon notification. This event will be professionally photographed and recorded by FIE: Foundation for International Education- by registering, you agree that your image may be captured and potentially used in the future for marketing purposes and becomes the copyright of FIE.
