Anushka is a postgraduate in Human Resources and Organisations from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She has worked as an HR Assistant in the LSE Students’ Union for one year which gave her exposure of different cultures and perspectives of international students. It has also equipped her with critical HR skills and knowledge on employment law in the UK. Anushka is committed to providing excellent HR administrative services to FIE and supporting the engagement and well-being of all the employees.
Before moving to London in 2022, Anushka worked at Deloitte USI for three years in the Core Talent Services department at Hyderabad, India. Prior to that, she studied a management degree while simultaneously involving herself in various NGOs and serving disadvantaged kids in India. In her free time, Anushka loves dancing and is trained in Contemporary, Hip-hop, and Kathak (Indian classical) dance styles.
Anushka is also a certified MHFA England Mental Health First Aider and is able to identify, understand, and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue.
