The Foundation for International Education (www.fie.org.uk) is an international higher education organisation working in partnership with universities and colleges, primarily from the US, to provide immersive study abroad programmes for undergraduate students in London, Dublin, and Amman.

Job Title: Kensington Campus Coordinator
Location: London, England (on-site)
Salary: £25,000 gross, per annum
Start Date: 16th September 2024

Please note that this is an on-site position with no option for hybrid working. The role requires flexibility, the primary working hours for this position are (9am to 5pm). However, this working schedule might be revised upon mutual agreement due to operational requirements.
Job Summary: The Kensington Campus Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of Foundation House, performing front office duties, and providing classroom assistance and support to teaching staff. They will oversee room bookings and provide assistance with scheduling. They will coordinate visit schedules and provide support for visitors to FIE London, as well as lead on or support the organisation of events and receptions. They will liaise, and coordinate, closely with staff at Metrogate House to ensure the active success of our Kensington Campus. Kensington Campus Coordinator will also play a key role in collecting student feedback.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience of working in a busy office environment – either with students, or in customer service
- Experience of working with Virtual Learning Environments such as Moodle
- Experience of working with scheduling software
- Experience using Survey Monkey or other web-based survey solution platform
Required Skills:
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer care, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience of working with databases and spreadsheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail
