- The FIE Dublin office is based in the Binary Hub and is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

- Can I move into housing early?
- Your housing is available for the duration of your program only and FIE cannot provide for early arrivals or late checkouts

- What time can I check-in/out?
- Check-in time is 3pm on the first day of the program, although early check-in may be available. Check out on the last day of the program is at 11am. Please note times are subject to change and will be confirmed 30 days prior to your arrival when we update you on your allocated accommodation

- Where do I check-in?
- Check-in will take place at your assigned residence, members of FIE staff will be on hand at the residence to welcome you

- Are towels and bed linen supplied?
- Bed linens, a duvet and a pillow is supplied. You are responsible for laundering your bed linens during your time in Dublin
FACILITIES
- What will my room be like?
- All rooms are either single or twin occupancy, with a private ensuite bathroom. Storage space is limited so students are encouraged to pack light and to only bring one large suitcase in addition to your hand luggage
- Where can I cook delicious meals for my peers?
- This varies dependent on the housing you are assigned to. Some residences have communal kitchens and dining areas, other residences have kitchenettes in each bedroom. We’ll confirm your residence and the facilities 30 days before your arrival in Dublin. All kitchens or kitchenettes come equipped with basic cutlery, crockery, pots and pans to get you started
- Are there computer facilities in my building?
- Whilst the residences do not have open access computers, all residences are equipped with WiFi throughout
- Are there laundry facilities?
- Yes. There are laundry facilities in all residences. It costs aprox €5 to wash and €3 to dry through an app-based system
- Is the building staffed?

- Are there RAs in the building?
- At FIE Dublin, we call RAs or CAs 'Residence Life Supervisors' or RLSs. They live with you and are available for after-hours questions and emergencies
- Apart from flatmates who else has access to my flat/room?
- Generally the Maintenance team and the residential staff. In addition, there are health and safety checks. If additional access is required, you will receive an email from the FIE team member
MAINTENANCE
- How do I report maintenance or emergency maintenance issues?
- Your place of residence will provide you with this procedure when you have arrived.
- Who cleans the apartment, provides toilet paper, and washes the bed linens?
- You do! Students are responsible for the cleanliness of your residence including your room and common areas.
MAIL / POST
- Where should mail be sent to?
- When your housing assignment is confirmed you will be provided with the mailing address. Please do not ship anything to the housing before you arrive, parcels and letters will only be accepted for current residents
