FIE: Foundation for International Education invites you to London to experience a specially-targeted site visit program focused on Leadership and to see FIE in action through its unique offerings.   This special opportunity is designed to provide you with the chance to attend FIE’s annual Student Global Leadership Conference, learn about and experience our Leadership London program track through field visits, as well as the opportunity to visit and tour FIE’s Kensington Campus, meet our staff,  and see and experience exactly what your students do when undertaking our Leadership offerings in London. In addition, you’ll get to experience a bit of London’s world-famous culture, sights, and food.  FIE will provide your accommodation and a variety of meals, tours, and activities so you will have a robust and packed FIE London experience.

SAMPLE SCHEDULE

Wednesday

• Arrive anytime, check in to accommodation
• Evening: Optional no-host welcome drinks/dinner

Thursday

• Welcome and Tours of FIE Kensington Campus, including Foundation House, Metrogate House and student residences
• Lunch with FIE Senior Leadership
• Meet with FIE staff and departments
• Evening theatrical performance

Friday

• Lunch with FIE Managers/Support Staff
• Meet with FIE staff and departments
• Kick-off to the Student Global Leadership Conference, including welcome keynote and opening conference reception

Saturday

• Attend and participate in the Student Global Leadership Conference

Sunday

• Free afternoon to explore London or onward travels
• Accommodation/travel/meals on own

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Included

• Hotel accommodation, with breakfast,  in South Kensington for 4 nights. Check-in Wednesday, Departure Sunday
• London Public Transport Pass (Oyster Card) pre-loaded with £20 of credit
• Some meals as indicated in the schedule
• Attendance at the Student Global Leadership Conference
• Opportunities to meet with key FIE staff 
• Overview of FIE programs in other locations – Dublin, Amman, Barcelona and Madrid

• Airfare
• Airport transfers
• International health / travel insurance
• Meals not provided as part of the program 

OPTIONAL VISITS FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK

Visit FIE in Dublin, Barcelona, or Madrid  – contact us if you are interested in extending your trip to include FIE's other sites in Europe.
