Callum has worked as a manager and consultant in a range of public and private sector organizations as well as having a wealth of teaching experience in philosophy and ethics. He has taught philosophy in universities, non-profits, and private sector clients. He has helped start a technology company where he led the consulting team and worked on improving the innovation culture in large organizations. He has also worked in the UK Cabinet Office to develop an innovation strategy for the UK civil service. He's deeply interested in the relationship between individuals and their organizations, and the power of leadership to shape their cultures and ways of doing things.
