The Foundation for International Education (www.fie.org.uk) is an international higher education organisation working in partnership with universities and colleges, primarily from the US, to provide immersive study abroad programmes for undergraduate students in London, Dublin, and Amman.
FIE is currently seeking qualified, enthusiastic and confident applicants for the following full-time, permanent position.
Job Title: Student Life Coordinator
Location: London, England
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 gross, per annum (DOE)
Start Date: November 2023

Job Summary: The Student Life Coordinator will be responsible for fostering a safe, as well as stimulating, study abroad experience by providing support, information and guidance to students. This role requires the candidate to have the following:
Qualifications/Experience:
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent
- Experience working in a service-oriented environment, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- An understanding of the international education sector, and preferably the US Higher Education system
Key Skills:
- Excellent organisational and administration skills, with an attention to detail
- Advanced level of IT competency, with knowledge of the MS Office package, databases and social media
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage effectively with various groups of people
